I am a Third Culture Kid who has lived in five different countries. Those countries include Switzerland, France, the USA, UK and Canada. I moved to Canada in October 2020 and I started blogging about adjusting to life here. I also talk about my life in other countries. Currently, I am in transition to the Netherlands.
Follow my blog for tips on expat life, stories about my life as a Third Culture Kid, living in Canada and world news. As a Third Culture Kid, it’s important to know what is going on in the world. Currently, I am doing a challenge of exploring parks in Calgary.

As part of truth and reconciliation with Indigenous communities living in what is now Canada, here is a land acknowledgement out of respect for those who came before me. Here is the one for where I live in Calgary.
In the spirit of respect and truth, I honour and acknowledge
Moh’kinsstis and the traditional Treaty 7 territory of the Blackfoot
confederacy: Siksika, Kainai, Piikani as well as the Stoney Nakoda and
Tsuut’ina nations. I acknowledge the members of the Metis
community and specifically, the Métis Nation Region Three. Finally in
the spirit of reconciliation and because we are all treaty people, I
also, acknowledge all Calgarians who make our homes in the traditional
Treaty 7 territory of Southern Alberta.
